The restaurant is the first branch of an ambitious plan to open a chain of luxury restaurants, inside and outside the UAE, a plan set by an Emirati company, which has been working in tourism and hospitality sector in the past 20 years. In order to invade the world of luxury restaurants, company preferred to have its own brand, rather than to franchise its business, to one of the well-known brands, and (Chef Güngör) was selected, who also spent almost the same period of age, to work in luxury restaurants, starting his career in Turkey, with a selection of the finest and most prestigious restaurants, after which he moved to Azerbaijan, and then to some European capitals, he crowned his career at a fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi, Danat Al Duniya, before the defining moment when the two parties decided to announce the birth of this superstar at Dar Al Dhabi sky and its charming Corniche.
The trip, in which most of exact details were been taken into consideration, started from the name selection in both parts, (Patron) and (Meat House), Patron is the spiritual father for all restaurants of its category, moreover, he is the sponsor who chooses for you the best productions from farms, and he is the top chief who is fascinating you by his craftsmanship in mixing all those creations to present it in love on the plate of family intimacy and UAE hospitality, even in the other half of name we did not confine to describe ourselves as a (Steak House), we decided that (Meat House) is the destination for everyone who is addictive to meat of all kinds.
Beef steak is not only a major component in our dining table but also has special gourmets who come to meet all tastes and cope with the choices of the Arabian table in general and UAE in particular. And also we chose for those who adore young sheep the best of it that grew up in Azerbaijan farms and its valleys or deer which is the slogan of Abu Dhabi, then camel meat with its dome that we consider it the stranger guest in our tables with its international seasoning and Turkish method this time, one of the reasons of naming is not to limit our meals to steak and burger like all restaurants but to add Ottoman traditional meals with its unique taste in our tables.
No one would hesitate to invite his friends if they don’t love meat because Our menu includes collection of fish and chicken meals, in addition to delicious salads made by our chef.
